Even though it’s been a full jaar since you’ve left, I can still feel that u are near
Sometimes I can hear your gentle voice whispering in my ear
When I cry at night, I can feel your soft hand wipe away my tears
Telling me that everything’s going to be all right without any fear
Even though you’re gone, u still brighten up my dag just door seeing your face
I smile and laugh for awhile when it hits me hard that you’re in a better place
Whenever someone seems to be bashing you, like reporters, I still find it a disgrace
Listening to your songs everyday seems like the only way to keep me straight
Even though you’re gone, you’re like another part of me
When I wake up every morning, you’re the first one I see
As the dag goes on I can’t but to say that I miss u endlessly
My goal is able to see u on the other side and that’s a definite possibility
Even though you’re gone, you’ll always be the king of pop
It’s hard to get over the loss, so I continue to listen and watch u non-stop
At times without realizing it my eyes would fill up with teardrops
Makes me sick to my stomach that media is still scheming plots
