The river Jordan is the river where Jesus was baptized door John.
Michael was forced to leave Jehovah's Witness in 1987 because they told MJ to change the Thriller video completly (I guess that's the reason why he's saying at the beginning that the video has nothing to do with the occult.. but he didn't changed the video as they wanted to), MJ also participated to birthday parties, he was seen levitating under a magician's wand too in a foto (this things are not allowed in that religion) so he was forced to leave..
Later he had the first Christmas dag of his life with Elizabeth Taylor..
