Why was Michael afraid of dogs?

I mean he had lions, snakes, etc. Any reason that u know of to explain why he would be afraid?

He never zei he was afraid of dogs. He's had dogs before in his childhood and for his children. There's a phone convo recorded u hear him talking to one of his dogs in the 2000's.

He only zei he was afraid of Elizabeth Taylor's little white dog. Why? I have noooo clue! probably bites at him of something lol

edit: actually if I recall correctly, he zei he didn't LIKE the dog, not afraid of it
