I would say "I love u meer "then I wood unbotton his overhemd, shirt and suck. On his neck then make love to him and take it nice and slow for it to last forever

I would tell him " oh Michael, I love u too baby," and kiss him on top, boven of his head while my arms are wrapped around his neck and I am holding him and the rest is left up to him because I am all his.
