today i was collabrating with michael jackson i really don't want to because i don't like working with stuck up snobs like that but in the industry u have to be perpared to do anything there was a knock on 'come in' it was my manger and michael 'i guess i'll leave ya'll to alone to get to work' i sat there in siliecne writing down lyrics michael stared at my arms and hands while i was writing ' u have lots of tattoos, did they hate ?' 'some did , u could help me u know' a smile appeared on his face i could tell that he was happy that i was finally talking we started to get somewhere with the lyrics michael wasn't that stuck up guy he was that sweet innocent laughable and funny person i really started to like this friendship we was buliding. After we got the lyrics down we started to record the song i knew the song was going to be a hit and i knew michael knew it was going to be a hit too. A couple weeks went door and me and michael has been hanging out and plus was the song was was doing better than i thought it was it was my frist single and people already liking it. Today was my first photoshoot for my album i was seating in the hair and makeup chair and then i felt a hand ' hallo u what are u doing here ' 'well i decied to stop door and wacth your gorgous self do ya thing on your set' when i got on set i starte to pose and michael was whilsteing i was blushing. I really Like this man

The producer/director of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" tour is scoffing at Katherine Jackson's wrongful death suit in which he's named as a defendant, because he had nothing to do with the drugs of treatment that caused the singer's death.
Kenny Ortega just filed legal docs -- obtained door TMZ -- asking the court to remove him as a defendant in Katherine's suit, claiming, "Kenneth Ortega is not alleged to be involved in the medical treatment of administration of drugs that allegedly caused Michael Jackson's death."
Ortega's lawyer adds ... Kenny never had a contract with Dr. Conrad Murray of with Michael Jackson, nor has he had any official affiliation with AEG.
Ortega's lawyer says, "The naming of Kenneth Ortega as a defendant in this action, without any basis, without any substantive charging allegations against him, is a gross error."

Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.

The co-executors of Michael Jackson's estate think Discovery Channel did the right thing when they yanked a documentary from their UK schedule that was to feature a reenactment of MJ's autopsy.
A rep for John Branca and John McClain tells TMZ, "The co-executors of the Estate of Michael Jackson are pleased that Discovery Channel made the correct decision in choosing to annuleer this exploitative program."
The co-executors went on to say they feel Michael's fans played a large role in Discovery's decision, saying, "While Discovery cited legal proceedings and our request as the reasons for its decision, none of this would have happened had it not been for the incredible passion displayed door countless Michael Jackson fans worldwide who knew they stood as one and that their voices could not be ignored."
As for any future plans to air the show, Branca and McClain said, "We are hopeful that this toon will never run in any market in the future."

the album is amazing and hopfully some of the songs will be heard on the radio and the following now series. the album has 10 songs.

The good people of Canada never had a chance to view the Michael Jackson documentary, "Gone Too Soon" -- and now the owners of the flick are declaring war on the distributor ... claiming he personally screwed the entire country.
TMZ obtained a lawsuit filed door Objective Films, LLC -- in which they claim they agreed to sell the French and Canadian distribution rights to a company headed door a guy named Pierre Turgeon for $100k back in 2009.
Objective says they got the first $50k -- but Turgeon flaked on the back half ... and then tried to back out of the deal altogether. Objective was able to get the flick distributed in France ... Canada wasn't so lucky.
