The first shipment of Katherine Jackson's coffee tafel, tabel book about Michael Jackson isn't exactly flying off the shelves in Gary, Indiana. In fact the boeken never even made it to the shelves, because they were stolen.
A rep from the publisher, Vintage Pop, tells TMZ they FedEx'd seven boxes of "Never Can Say Goodbye" to the home pagina of a Jackson family friend in Gary ... and they were supposed to end up for sale at the new MJ monument. But someone absolutely, positively wanted them so badly, they stal them right off the front steps of the house where they were left.

It's pretty shocking ... Joe Jackson is blaming the inaction of his wife, Katherine, for Michael Jackson's demise ... allegedly because Katherine didn't want to penetrate MJ's zone of privacy.
Joe sat down with News of the World to explain his theory, that he was concerned that Michael was "looking kinda funny and and frail" and asked Katherine to see Michael to "keep him cheered up." But Joe says Katherine refused because she didn't want to invade his privacy.
Joe says he and Katherine argued about it before Michael's death, but Katherine was firm.
Joe says after Michael died, he zei to Katherine, "I zei this would have never happened if u had went and been with him."
Joe -- who was intentionally cut out of Michael's will -- is fighting to get an allowance from the estate. And get this -- we're told Katherine has been giving Joe money and going along with his efforts to earn a living off MJ.

The moonwalk is a dance technique that presents the illusion of the dancer being pulled backwards while attempting to walk forward. Now start with putting foot#1 on its toes and door putting all of your weight on that foot. While leaning on foot#1, slide foot#2 backward. Next, put foot#2 on its toes and put your weight on that foot while making foot#1 flat on the floor. While all of your weight os on foot#2, slide foot #1 backward. And just keep trading positions like that. Repeat, repeat, repeat... And in the words of MJ "Don't stop 'til u get enough"

While I was in Social Studies class today, this thought about learning about Michael's muziek and life came into my head. I think it would be so cool if we got to learn about Michael in Social Studies class (or History, whatever u would like to call it...) I really think we should learn about Michael because he was a muziek legend, he changed the way we listen to music, and he had an amazing life. I also think that if teenagers would learn about Michael's awesome dancing and music, Michael can become populair once again and The King Of Pop will live on. Let Me Know What u Think! ;)
Michael Jackson's estate is asking a judge to do what Katherine Jackson can't -- kick Alejandra Jackson and her kids out of the Hayvenhurst estate for good.
TMZ has obtained legal docs in which the estate is asking the judge to remove Alejandra, Jaafar, Jermajesty, Genevieve, Donte and Randy Jr. from the estate ... on grounds they're not beneficiaries of Michael Jackson's will and have no claim to the property.
As TMZ first reported in November, Katherine Jackson told Alejandra and the kids -- fathered door both Jermaine and Randy -- not to return to the residence. Alejandra is refusing to verplaats herself, her kids, and her stuff out ... so the estate has gone to court.
As TMZ also previously reported, the house is scheduled to be renovated -- but sources tell us Alejandra is holding the remodel hostage door refusing to leave.

TMZ has learned Colony Capital wants to develop a business plan to turn Neverland into a small muziek institute -- similar to The Juilliard School in NYC. The plan is to teach teens all aspects of music, including writing and performing.
Colony wants to turn the property into a campus, in which scores of teenagers -- rich and poor -- can learn the trade that made Michael Jackson a legend.
There are two big stumbling blocks. The first is making sure Santa Barbara County will sign off on such a project.

The first new Michael Jackson single will be a duet with Akon -- a song entitled "Hold My Hand" that was originally leaked in 2008.
Epic Records/Sony muziek just announced the lead single off the upcoming album "Michael" -- and "Hold My Hand" will be released this coming Monday, November 15 on michaeljackson.com.
Akon and MJ recorded the track back in 2007 ... a raw, incomplete version was eventually leaked to the public.
The new album will feature a total of 10 tracks -- including the controversial "Breaking News" -- when it's released December 14.

Cindy Adams of The New York Post says that Elizabeth Taylor was hospitalized in Los Angeles yesterday, because she has the sads in a major way. A bron zei that ever since her best friend Michael Jackson passed away, she’s been in a terrible state.
Apparently, Elizabeth has not received rainbow-filled hugs from the family either. The bron says that Elizabeth wanted to attend Michael’s private funeral, but she was banned door the family, because she was his friend and not theirs. Take that with a grain of salt, because Elizabeth already Twittered that she was going to mourn Michael on her own, because she didn’t want to be part of the “public whoopla.”
The bron added that Elizabeth is suffering from exhaustion.
