All I others I hate with a passion! I mean, I dislike Ari because he killed Kate, but I HATE the others. It might be because I just watched a Kari video on YouTube :P

I chose Eli David because he is the one that corrupted Ari and Ziva. He is behind it all. And i can see Ari being good, if it were written that way.

he is the unltimate bad guy in NCIS
everything about him makes him appear as an enemy
especially the constantly appearing bad behaviour/intentions he has towards ziva
in the movie, i believe he would attempt another shot at getting ziva back to mossad, and it would be up to gibbs, dinozzo and mcgee to save her and also get her finally to understand that her father is bad news, (even tho we have seen that already, she would beed extra convincing, he is still her dad in the end)

I put Eli as He's still alive and if they were making a movie he'd be a great bad guy. And he's got unfinished business with NCIS!

I hate both Eli and Micheal so I think they would be a really good pair for evil people! Awesomest9, that is a really good idea, I would just add Micheal in there. Even if he is dead. :p

I think Eli will get Ari chip and mabey some other bad guys to team up that will be AWESOME!

I think Eli would be an excellent choice. For one he's alive (NCIS attack of the zombies wouldn't really fit with the show.) Second he has unresolved issues with NCIS. He has the conflict of being an emotional attachment for Ziva, The power to do something big, and as said before has been the general bad guy BUT not an "official" bad guy of the series. Only down side is he's that he's the director, which complicate matters. It would probably end up being less of a "I'm going to murder you all!" and more of his classic move, "I'm going to let you trust me then stab you in the back and leave you here to die!"
