The One Direction boys are certainly living up to the reputation of bands on tour as they reveal they shave each other's nipples, play pranks and generally love to mess around.

The ‘What Makes u Beautiful’ singers have been on a sold-out tour all over the country and told BRMB radio that they are loving the experience.

One Direction have vowed to meet a teenage fan who suffered a serious injury in a rollercoaster crash at Britain’s Alton Towers theme park.

Leah Washington, 17, from Barnsley, South Yorkshire, had her leg amputated when the Smiler ride slammed into an empty carriage on June 2 (four others were badly hurt in the incident).

Due to her injuries, Washington was unable to attend the boyband's toon at Cardiff Stadium last Saturday. So a friend launched a Twitter campaign #Get1DToLeah, calling for the four-piece to get in touch. Which they did.

While fans have had ample time to mourn the departure of Zayn Malik from One Direction, the release of the first wave of Teen Choice Awards nominations might reopen old wounds.

Malik is competing against his former bandmates – Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson – in the Fashion Choice Male Hottie category. (One Direction is also nominated in Choice muziek Group: Male and Choice Song: Group.)

This marks the first awards toon where Malik and One Direction are up for the same award.

"I'm already five minuten late and I haven't even left the house!" I was supposed to meet my mystery friend, James, at Howl-O-Scream at 6:00. I ran down the stairs shouting to my mom, "I'm going to Busch Gardens with a friend! I'll be back at midnight!" and I grabbed an appel, apple and ran out the door. I was so hungry that I ate the appel, apple in no meer than 10 seconds, a personal record.
