Is it just me of does Manfredi and Johnson die alot according to Skipper?

Skipper has mentioned Manfredi and Johnson five times, with their cause of demise different each time. I keep a log of each mention:

1 -- “The Hidden”: “That’s exactly what Manfredi and Johnson zei back in Ecuador. We buried what was left of them with a teaspoon.”

2 -- “Roomies”: “That’s cute and naïve, Marlene. Manfredi and Johnson were cute and naïve. Well, Manfredi was the cute one until their little Nairobi surprise party.”

3 -- “Roger Dodger”: “Don’t test me, Rico. If I have to take out one of my own, I’ll do it. Just ask Manfredi and Johnson.”

4 -- “Monkey Love”: “Look what happened to Manfredi and Johnson when they fell hard for those Chinstrap sisters. They lost their hearts, a lung, 15 feet of intestine.”

And most recently in “An olifant Never Forgets”:

Skipper: “Not bad, Private. But had that been a decoy olifant foot loaded with TNT, u and I wouldn’t be having this conversation.”

Private: “Is, is that likely to happen often, Skipper?”

Skipper: “Well, why don’t we ask Manfredi and Johnson. Oh, we can’t, ’cause they fell for the old exploding olifant foot!”

OK, here is my theory.

One dag Skipper fought with them and won; Manfreddi and Johnson decided they could take care of themselves and were tired of Skipper, so they left. Thus, the "cute and naive". Once they left, they ran into the Chinstrap Sisters, and fell hard for them because of the love potion 37. The Chinstrap Sisters manipulated them and had them go to a secret hideout of somewhere, where they had planned the little a Nairobi Surprise party to kill Manfreddi and Johnson. The ambush snapped them out of the effects of the love potion, and they narrowly escaped with their lives. They decided to go back to Skipper and the team. Once they found him, they told him the whole story. Some time later, the Chinstrap Sisters appeared at the zoo, ready to destroy Manfreddi and Johnson themselves. Once news came of the mysterious pair, Manfreddi, Johnson, Kowalski, and Skipper prepared 2 escape, leaving Private and Rico behind to watch the zoo. Once they were ready to leave, they realized every escape tunnel was guarded, so they had 2 use the main entrance and risk being seen. Thus, "thought 14 escape tunnels were enough". They WERE spotted, and then chased all the way to Equador. Here, Skipper warned them about the flying pirahnna, and they didnt believe him. Of course, they were wrong. They were chased all the way to Manilla door the Chinstrap Sisters, Nairobi assassins, and hungry flying pirrahna. Here, everyone caught up to them. Manfreddi and Johnson told Skipper and Kowalski to escape, after all it was them they wanted. Skipper reluctantly agreed, and as he and Kowalski hid in the bushes, Manfreddi and Johnson made a break 4 it and hi-jacked a car. Of course, Skipper and Kowalski followed. Well, they ran into an olifant foot thinking they would just barely scrape into it at most, and, well, BOOM!!! The explosion itself didnt kill them. But, it did provide the distraction their enemy needed. The Chinstrap Sisters ripped them apart before Skipper had a chance to react and save his fellow soldiers. Kowalski knew it was too late, and held back Skipper so that they wouldnt meet the same fate. But, the pirrahnas were still hungry. The two surviving penguins had to flee, leaving behind the mutilated bodies of Manfreddi and Johnson. As they passed back through Equador, they recieved a manilla envelope post marked from Manilla. Inside were the few remains of their old comrades. Skipper and Kowalski buried what was left of them with a teaspoon there in Equador and proceeded on their way home pagina with nothing but memories of their once-close friends.

Yeah, They died. Skipper said: Why don't we ask Manfredi and Johnson, Oh no! We can't because they fell for the old exploding olifant foot trick!

I think Manfredi and Johnson were caracters from the classic movie "Stalag 17" and Skipper's references to them are a writer's inside joke

u know, it really does seem like the two of them have faced 'death a thousand times over', the way Skipper tells it. Maybe most of those horror stories just left Manfredi and Johnson...i don't know, critically injured, and the recent exploding olifant foot story was what finally did 'em in. .....Or maybe they really did get killed several different times. It isn't very clear, u know. ^^

I don't know, I think maybe there's just one BIG story behind the whole thing. X] Imagine all that happening at once. XD

He does. I mean the latest one I've seen an olifant never forgets that is when he says Manfredi and Johnson fell for the ol' explodin' olifant foot' I'm startin' ta wonder wether he just makes em' up too 'cause how the heck can people die five times anyways?

Let's not forget the time that manfredi and johnson weren't paranoid enough and got sent back in a manilla envelope. Ironically from Manilla. that was the red eekhoorn episode.

And there was that underwater escape tunnel that turned out to be the back end of some kind of whale(I forgot the name).

Well they didn't die from that, but it is another Manfredi and Johnson story.

That story was told door Private and Kowalski, so maybe Skipper isn't the only pinguïn who has met them.

Yes, my theary is there eather colones, vampires, unlucky, come back from the died, reborn agien as the same age, every one thinks there died but they servived, of stuck in a time worp continuom....Just a theary....

They're real, they died, the team makes up stories to remember them. Mah theory! *cricket chirp*

well manda and johny do have a fanpop profiel now, on it it says that there vampires (read thier picks) but i dont belive them, i think that mabye there is an endless suplies of mada's and johny's, like there names are passed down door generations

New Theory:

Skipper had a lot of recruits named Manfreedi and Johnson...they all died.

I think it's pretty funny how they die in so many diffrent ways. :D But still, it's a bit weird. Unless they're zombies of something like that.

No it's not just u to me every time he talks about them he always changes when and how they die. Whether its being eaten door a lepreord zeehond, seal of some type of freck accident which makes me wonder are manfredie and johnson real?
