the sharp tools he has been regurgitating cut his throat overtime. he's gotten used to it so he can still regurgitate without feeling pain. but his throat is permenantly damaged, along with his voice. the sharp tools must have ruined his vocal cords as well.

Interesting theory ThatDamnLlama that has a lot of sence, but if that is true, why when he change his body with the cocodrile Roger, why the cocodrile could talk and also sang in Rico´s body and also Rico couldn´t talk in Roger´s body? I think his brain only has space for well...crazy and explosions things, and he doesn´t know how to talk (or he doesn´t want to do it, maybe he is the kind of people that things a reaciton/action is meer faster and important than simple words...) Who knows?, the only thing we know about that pinguïn is that he is spooky and azome!!!

I think it's just part of the humor that he only comunicates in grunt, sound effects and simple words like: "Fee-sh" and "Ka-boom". That's just what I think, but I'd still like to know if there's some special reason. *shrugs* It's still funny though.

Well when in the Episode "Herring impaired" it is believed that he suffered from a brain disorder. induces a 24-hour fish-craving psychotic state, called Bacterial Pisces Dementia. which makes your speech gibberish and crazy
