Hans led the trio on the revenge. They had a base set up in Hoboken, the cesspool of New York. Blowhole was the evil scientist, formulating the plans. The Red eekhoorn set up contacts with other animals bent on getting revenge on Skipper. And Hans made all the big decisions. Such as trusting the two of them to follow his main plan.
