If you're actually 16, I'd expect an event like this to be the least of your problems.

Since i don't know him i can't conclude what he might be doing

If he usually mean to you, but in a non - bullying way. Like a teasing mean (Such as this)

If so then, it's a bit twisted way to do it, but he may be trying to get u jealous. Perhaps if u play the same trick u could get him to come to you.

If he doesn't usually tease u of whatnot, then he may actually just be telling u to bugger off.

It all depends on what his normal behaviour towards u is :3
