Nope. The baby would only be an alien if they had alien parents.

It's like if there were an english couple, the woman was pregnant, and they went for a holiday in america, and the child was born there. This wouldn't make the baby american, it would just mean that they were born in america.

So this baby would still be human, but would be born in in outerspace. :)
