Hmm i never had that problem i generally just come out with it lol - i suppose if u act like it's not a big deal then they might not make out that it is either - because if they know you're embarrassed, that's when people make jokes to make it worse :)

In my situation I can always openly ask my mom about the pads & stuff. Just come to her & tell her about it. I know it's difficult bt at least try

Just sit down and have a talk with them and tell them u are growing up and they don't need to fuss over it. and it may be easier talking to your mom of another female in the house

u could write it on a little post it note and stick it somewhere they will find it.
