Got any good tips for me? I'm starting gitaar lessons soon :)

I've been interested in playing the acoustic gitaar for some time now & finally it looks like I'm going to start lessons ! There is a catch,I'm left handed but I'm going to try & learn to play right handed. So,does anyone have any good tips for me? I appriciate it :)

I would try just holding it in the position u want and look over the strings and what they are and get used to strumming like that, like a pre-practice practice session.

Well, If your just starting, its most likely the teacher will teach u tabs. Thats what they did 4 me. But 4 future reference, buy a capo. Its now my best friend gitaar wise, because sooner of later, u will learn chords... I hope Im not confusing anyone... Good luck~!
