Is this girl (Emma Rigby) a bad actress? (video of her acting is provided)

Ever since she appeared on Once Upon A Time In Wonderland (which is how I learned about her) she's been accused of being a horrible actress. I honestly don't get it. I mean in Once Upon A Time In Wonderland she was sort of fake, emotionless, and over-the-top but that's part of her character and when u learn meer about her you'll see why she acts that way. When we see the real her, she's meer natural. I've always thought she was a fantastic actress and this video definitely shows why. So I'm just wondering if any of u think she's a bad actress because I honestly don't get it. If u do think she's a bad actress can u please explain why? I'd actually go so far as to say she's one of the best actresses I've ever seen.
