None. I usually make them with photoshop, but picmonkey has some nice filters indeed

there's a really cool website called 4girlsfingerpaint.com basically what it is is u request a drawing/photo manipulation and the 4 girls that run the site make a time lapse video of them speed-painting using their fingers and they emai u the final result and uploaden the video to their youtube channel 4girlsfingerpaint
