I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!

I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the hart-, hart please help me.:(

u know i cant eat twinkies because they are disgusting and i am not on the computer all the time it just makes it hard to lose weight when u have asthma attacks everyday.:(

Yeah and the only reason i gained weight is because i was laying in a hospital bed for two weeks on a breathing machine it will obviously make me gain weight just lying there.

Don't diet. They don't work and could make u sicker. I have asthma too. Mine is exercise in dosed. This makes it harder to run around and have fun,but if u take small breaks it won't be so tough. If I know that I am going to be moving of running around a lot I take my inhaler before. Doing this helps to make your breathing easier while u exercise. Also, stop worrying about your weight, it makes u weigh more. door being happy and proud of yourself u lighten your spirit and u loose a little weight too. Besides as long as u think your good looking that is all that matters. Hope this helps.
