How do u find motivation to exercise when u just don’t feel like getting off your butt? I ask myself this vraag every now and then, and I have the feeling I’m not the only one.

A few weeks ago, I wrote 4 Simple Steps to Start the Exercise Habit… and the fourth and final step was to add motivation as needed until the habit sticks. This post is to help u with that fourth step.

There are a million ways to motivate yourself to exercise, actually, but these are a few that have worked for me. And trust me, I’ve had days when I’ve struggled with exercise. Most recently, the things that have helped include finding a workout partner (one of the best motivators!), logging my exercise, reading magazines, boeken and websites, and rewarding myself.
1.How u feel after a workout. I always feel great after a good workout. It’s a high. And I let that motivate me the volgende time: “You know how good you’re going to feel, Leo!”
2.Time for you. While many people make time to take care of others (kids, spouse, other family, co-workers, boss), they don’t often make time to take care of themselves. Instead, make your “you” time a priority, and don’t miss that exercise appointment.
3.Calories burned. If u count calories (and it’s really one of the most effective ways to lose weight), u know that the meer u exercise, the meer calories u burn — and the bigger your calorie deficit.
4.Having fun. Exercise should be fun. If it isn’t, try a different kind of activity that u enjoy. As long as you’re moving, it’s good for you.
5.How you’re going to look. Imagine a slimmer, fitter you. Now let that visualization drive you.
6.Magazines. It motivates me to read fitness magazines. Not sure why, but it works.
7.Cover models. Sure, they’re genetically freaky, and probably Photoshopped to look perfect. But for some reason, looking at how good a cover model looks helps motivate me to work harder.
8.Blogs. I enjoy reading blogs about people who are into running, of losing weight. It can toon the ups and downs they go through, and u can learn from their experiences.
9.Success stories. I find the success stories of others incredibly inspirational. If a fitness website has success stories, I’ll almost always read them.
10.Forums. Do the monthly challenge on the Zen Habits forums, of kom bij another forum full of like-minded of like-goaled peopled. Check in daily. It really helps.
11.Rewards. If u exercise for a few days, give yourself a reward! A week? Another reward. Do it often in the beginning.
12.Fitting into new clothes. Wanna look good in a smaller size? Work out!
13.Being attractive. That’s always a good motivator, as I’m sure we all know. Edited to correct language.
14.Adrenaline rush. I get a rush when I exercise. Ride that rush to complete the workout.
15.Stress relief. Wound up after a long dag at the office? Get out and work off that stress. It makes a world of difference.
16.Time for contemplation. I love, love the quiet time of exercise for thinking about things. Most of this post was written in my head as I exercised.
17.A workout partner. Best thing I’ve done.
18.An exercise class. Sign up for a class, perhaps with a friend, and you’ll be motivated to get there and work out.
19.A coach of trainer. Worth the money, just for the motivation.
20.An exercise log/graph. For some reason, writing it down is extremely important. Really. Do it for a week and you’ll see what I mean.
21.Your before picture. u often don’t realize how far you’ve come. Take pictures.
22.A 5K race of triathlon. Just sign up for one, and you’ll be motivated to train.
23.The dread of feeling “yuck” from not exercising. I hate how I feel after not exercising. So I remind myself of that when I feel tired.
24.Living long enough to see your grandkids … and play with them.
25.The scale. It’s not motivating to weigh yourself every day, as your weight fluctuates. But if u weigh yourself once a week, you’ll be motivated to have it keep going down, instead of up. Combine the scale with the measuring tape, and measure your waist.
26.Reaching a goal. Set a goal for weight, of your waist measurement, of a number of days to work out, of a number of miles to run this week. Setting and tracking a goal helps motivate u to complete that goal. Make it easily achievable.
27.Posting it on your blog. Tell people you’re going to lose weight of exercise daily, and meld to them. You’ll make it happen.
28.Motivational quotes. I like to print them out of put them on my computer desktop.
29.Books. I just bought a strength-training book as a reward. It makes me want to hit the weights!
30.Others commenting on how good u look. When someone notices the changes in your body, it feels good. And it makes u want to work out more.
31.An upcoming dag at the beach, of a reunion. Nuff said.
What are your motivations? Let us know in the comments
Finally, a full review of a licensed game here on these reviews. I already did a quick look at the Simpsons: Hit and Run game, but that was only a little mini review in a series of mini reviews. This time, we got ourselves a full licensed game. And probably one of the most obscure and best on the PS2. So The Warriors movie from 1979 is one of my favoriete films ever. It was a short, fun thriller about a small straat gang being framed for the murder of a big crime lord and now must make it through the streets of New York back to their turf alive. It had thrills, chills, spills, and was just...

So when it comes to buying physical copies of PS2 games, there’s always one issue that stems from it. That being the case of some games can be brutally expensive. Like I was hoping to buy a copy of Rule of Rose for the PS2 because I heard it was one of the most painful games to play with one of the best stories ever written. That was until I found out that the going price regularly is six hundred USD. So, yeah, no fucking thank you. I like to live in a house and eat food. But of course, Rule of Rose was far from the only game to do this. And with some games I wanted to buy on the PS2 like...

Elijah Jones "Razilee and Elijah" need fixing
Though displaced door fusion. Elijah Jones and his recent album "Beautiful Insanity" deceives the art of true kindness and blames others for judging while feelings guilty of judgement. Elijah Jones isn't the once thoughtful artist we once knew back in 2017. He has manipulated to trick us in thinking he is kind and nice!! He sucks!! His muziek album and his documentaries are horrible and does not teach any valuable lesson as expressed! Why does many favor him and his followers?

Three good reasons...

Beautiful Insanity FAILS to deliver the message behind judgement.

Razilee and Elijah Part 2 doesn't...

Chapter-1
Year 1920. Mir Jack. Mir is a detective. But, he doesn’t investigate cheating wives of crooked business partners. He investigates things that go bump in the night . When a beautiful blonde strolls into his office and says someone is trying to kill her, he smells danger. Too bad he needs the money.

How he got started with paranormal investigations is a long story. Something took his wife from him. Jane was his whole world. Now she's gone. He has been running down leads ever since.

It's an arduous task, prying into the dark and creeping things. Plenty of people won't even acknowledge...

King: Mah boi. This peace is what all true warriors strive for.
Link: I just wonder what Ganon is up to.
Gwonam: *Arrives on a flying carpet* Your majesty, Ganon, and his minions have ceased the island of Koridai.
King: Hmm. How can we help?
Gwonam: It is written, only Link can defeat Ganon.
Link: Great. I'll grab my stuff.
Gwonam: There is no time. Your sword is all your need.
Link: Great. I'll grab my stuff.
Gwonam: *Face palm* Please tell me that someone can defeat Ganon besides this retard.
Link: *Using a sword to pick his nose* I think I...

Well this was a little late, but better late than not at all, right? The 2010s were a big year, probably for a lot of us. We all had that point in our lives in that decade where things were changing, some small, others massive. But who cares about all that person stuff. Let's talk about material things that we just like. Movies, video games, animation, all that great stuff. This will be a five part artikel series, so look vooruit, voorwaarts to meer artikels coming afterward. Let's start off with something simple, movies. Talking about my favoriete film of each year, as well as my least favoriete from that...

I don’t think I need to give a lesson on who Batman is. Everyone and their grandparents know who he is. Batman, the Dark Knight, the Caped Crusader. Having tons of comics, films and video games. Some being some of the greatest games of all time and others being… the complete opposite. And that’s what we are looking at, the complete opposite. Developed door the Japanese studio, Kemco Software, best known for their work on the top, boven Gear franchise and their mobile games, they are still around today. Nothing was hurt door this game, DC Comics is still making bank and Batman is still a cherished...

I never watched the original Charlie’s Angels. I remember I watched the movie, Full Throttle, which probably explains my deep seeded hatred for the series. And hey, with a new movie out that u wouldn’t know was out unless I told u (And no, u didn’t watch. If u tell me otherwise, you’re lying), now is a great time to play Charlie’s Angels on the Gamecube. Published door the kings of random publishing, Ubisoft, Charlie’s Angels is considered to be the worst license game out there, nothing else compared. I don’t have much say in the matter before I play it, but… yeah, I can...

Good lord, Midway is at it again with another one of the worst games of all time, god save me. This time, we got ourselves a bike game, Gravity Games Bike: Street, Vert, Dirt… That’s a fucking horrible title. So this is an extreme sports game where u play on a bike and try to rank up the high score. I like extreme sports games. Tony Hawk’s Underground is one of my favoriete video games ever. Yet Gravity Games Bike is a runner up for one of the worst video games of all time, so that’s going to be real fun to play. So let’s see if this game can hang with the biggest names of extreme...

Holy shit, this one is a bit of a nostalgia trip. I remember watching Mucha Lucha when I was a kid and loved it so much. It was probably where my interest in masked wrestlers came from, that and WWE of course. Now is the toon good? Eh, debatable. You’d have to have a nostalgic love for it to appreciate it, but hey, I watched all episodes of The Nutshack. I have zero shame. So yeah, here’s the Mucha Lucha game on Gameboy, Mascaritas of the Lost Code. Another published game door Ubisoft, but developed door Digital Eclipse Software, who worked on all sorts of ports of old arcade games. You’ve...

WWE was one of my favoriete things as a child. There was just something about watching big oiled up men in their underwear grabbing at each other and slamming their bodies into the ground- Is it any wonder I came out as a bisexual? Seriously, I do enjoy wrestling to an extent. I haven’t watched anything recently, I kinda stopped around the whole John Cena craze of the late 2000s and early 2010s. But with anything that is marketable to young kids like me, u gotta have video games of them, and there was no short supply of wrestling games. Today, we’ll be talking about Legends of Wrestling...

Well, here it is. It’s time for the moment you’ve all been waiting for. While I have been busy with a ton of other things like work and the underlying threat of every phone call being a scam artist of something to leave me bankrupt, this artikel has always been in the back of my mind. And I’m finally gonna talk about it. Today. That’s right. It’s time we finally get to talking about the classic comedy film. Clerks… 2!. Nah, I’m kidding. Fuck that movie. It’s Clerks, the original, 1994 film

I: From Humble Beginnings

Clerks is the best comedy film I have ever seen. Of...

Well I talked about the issues about things non-related to the film itself. And now I finally saw the movie itself.. Not gonna lie, it was fucking awesome.. So lets see if I can make a good review of it. I'm no WindWaker430, but I do my best..

So I saw this film with my sister and her boyfriend (PS: She’s younger door at least a year).

So lets start with the first thing.. The laugh.. This movie takes a very unexpected approach. It addresses the infamish joker laugh as a ongoing condition, rather than the usual evil laugh cliche. It's something Arthur Fleck cannot control. There's always a certain...

#1: SGT FRANK WOODS:
Of coarse he's number 1. The guy who joined the Vietnam war because "it was fun". About everything he does is badass.. And I will give spoilers. So not only does he and Kra- (can't spell it) survive that gernade. But it's implied Woods escapes being P.O.W all door himself.. Though he than gets recaptured door Raul Menendez in Angola, and the first mission involves finding and rescuing him. The circumstances of Woods' capture - being tortured, having his men killed right in front of him, and locked in a shipping container with his dead comrades and left to die of starvation and...

#1: MEET THE ROBINSONS:
I know. It's hard to believe this film is considered as underrated of misunderstood.. But like OVER THE HEDGE, this feels like one of those classic films that been forgetten though time. Nobody ever talks about this movie.

This film came out when Disney had released Chicken Little before it, so I'm sure it was mainly seen this film thanks to that. But I highly recommend trying to find this movie. of Over the Hedge from Dreamworks..

Both are highly quotable..

#2: WHITE HOUSE DOWN:
Not saying this is a 'great' film. But it's a lot better than Chris Stuckmann zei it was....

So the punk scene, what a scene it is. Big mohawks, piercings, and a bad attitude that all those films and annoyed parents warned us about. But seriously, it’s not all that. Nowadays, punk has become nothing meer than a front for stores like Hot Topic to make a quick buck off of and unless your Green Day, most of your venues are a small bar if they’re lucky. What is the kind of thing punk is mistaken for, what is it really, and just what happened to it all? Well, that’s what I am here to talk about today. Sadly, don’t expect a huge analysis on this one. This is merely a myriad of thoughts...

The one thing missing in Snow White and the seven dwarfs is any communication between Snow White and the Evil Queen . Unlike in Disney's Cinderella and tangled all of whom are step mum verses step daughter. Two different people Snow White kind, happy and a giving person, whilst the Queen is a harsh, mean and only cares for herself.

In Mirror Mirror there is a brilliant tonen of this in one of the first scenes.

So Snow White is 18 today. She is sad, lonely and bored in her bedroom, a bird pops in and so Snow White feeds it, then she hears a fanfare coming from downstairs. Snow gets excited...

Elijah Jones, 2019 album? and K-12?
Recently, Jones had released an interesting pastel and aesthetic looking foto on his channel with his name entitled on it. The pastel foto was of a hoofdkussen, kussen and quotes expressing "I haven't gone anywhere... I've been teasing. I don't know if u guys are ready for what is about to be in store.."

We think that Jones's volgende promotional album will actually be K-12 door Melanie Martinez. As subjected from a fan account. This would make sense because in January 2019 Jones released a piano song entitled "Teddy Bear" it is a referenced look to the new surprise promotion this year.

Upon the quotes....
