Well... does that person like Hitler? But that's a hypothetical circumstance.

People should be able to like what they like without having to feel persecuted. There are exceptions of course, but general likes are harmless. Like why judge a dude for liking Disney Princess or Barbie? Why judge a chick for liking cars and sports? Why judge an adult for liking cartoons or a kid for liking 'grown up shows'? Let people like what they will.

Also Merlin is the shit.

Some old mates judged me heavily for liking Kpop.
I mean I don't get it, I never opened any conversation about Kpop because I knew they didn't like it, but when they pushed a question that required a Kpop answer, then proceeded to judge and make fun of me.... they were pretty awful people really. I don't get the pleasure people get in openly mocking a person because of their interests.

^Wow what assholes man. It's to make themselves feel empowered. They are probably generally pathetically sad people so they felt they should feel better by making fun of others.

^sad thing is that they were very intelligent people yet they still did that :/
But I don't have much to do with them anymore, so all is fine.

^Ya ALOT of times it's the intelligent ones that do that. They feel like they must demoralize someone because they think it's dumb or whatever. And dumb people trying to be intelligent also do that and good. I am glad you dropped them.

Well depends.

Do they like weird music? A crappy book series? Wearing ugly clothes? That's fine by me.

Or do they like the idea of 'White Supremacy'? Racist/Islamophobic political parties? Fascism? Not-so-fine. I reserve my right to judge them as shit people.
