I HAD a Dog. He was taken a long time ago though. I was young but I still remember the way he was sitting and looking at me. I miss him dearly !!!!

Sorry to hear that. I used to have two. My girl had cancer it took a long time, but it finally took her. Its one of the saddest things to lose a pet.

^ Sorry about your loss as well. I understand that pretty well. You see, the Dog I mentioned was taken for the sake of being provided a better home. Still, I never saw him again. Quite a few years have passed as well. From what they told me, he led a happy life. I'm glad for that but it is also regretful in a way as I would love to see it with my own eyes. Our farewell was pretty sudden and not appropriate, I must say. I'm sure that yours lived a satisfying life as well. Especially having you by their side. Memories like these last forever !!!!

I am terrified at the prospect of my dog passing.

Lol he sleeps most commonly like this but also on his back with his paws in the air (because he's spoilt af and utterly comfortable and trusting in this house) and also sometimes with his legs out when he's hot and wants to look especially cute. So basically all of the above.

@Leftris Hopefully he's happy then. It's a shame you couldn't visit him at least once. Yeah my baby was a pretty happy dog, she always kept me company and slept at the foot of my bed. I still have the other dog though; she's kind of a dope and she literally peed on me while I slept (like legit I woke up to her peeing on me, thx dog). But I love her anyways.

@Princes My dog will sleep like that too, but more on her back. She's kinda weird because she always has one paw in the air too??? Like that isn't how you sleep??? You can't do that???

I don't have a dog, but we have a few German Shepherds on the ranch. Everybody thinks they're big mean dogs, but they're really just big soft puppies who only want hugs
