I have just gone through a load of boxes in the garage and found two packets of cheesy poofs in great condition and unopened. Can anybody tell me whether I should throw them out of are they worth something? They are "use door June 1999" so not edible

Obviously don't eat them, I would definately keep them and see if u can find a South Park community (more adult community of collectors) and see if it's of much interest to them.
