Reading Bonus chapter online?

I have problems finding "the host bonus chapter" online, and I really, really want to read it. I of course bought the book when it was just releasted, and I got it on norwegian too, so there's no chance I will buy the paperback.
Can someone help me? Pretty pleeease?

When I do as the instruction say, I don't find the bonus chapter, just one of the chapters who already were in the book, whitch I've read several times.
