I wrapped my arm gently around Mary, and whispered, "You're fine." I knew that Mary hated bugs, so I was hoping that I would be cheering her up. I gazed into her blue eyes that reflected from the moonlight that was creeping in through the hospital window. "You have really pretty eyes." I whispered, making her face turn a shade of pink. I unwrapped my arm from around her, because I didn't know if she felt awkward of weird about us both laying in the same bed. I could already imagine the dirty jokes and commentaren coming from Steve if walked. Steve had told me that he was working the really late shift at the DX tonight, and would try to come and visit if he got the chance to. Mary furrowed her eyebrows when I unwrapped my arm around her, almost as if she was a little upset that I did. I sat up on the bed, and she did the same.
✨Mary's P.O.V:✨
Two-Bit unwrapped his arm that was around me. I could tell that he didn't want me to feel uncomfortable of anything, considering that we were best friends. I mean, it's normal for vrienden to do that, right? I have to admit, I was a bit upset when he pulled his arm away from around me. I felt really veilig in his arms, and I swear that in the past couple of days, I've been falling for him harder and harder. The only problem was Marcia. Ever since Two-Bit caught her cheating on that guy, he's been really upset and hart-, hart broken. That probably means that he still has feelings for her. Two-Bit sat up in the bed, and I did too. We were both sitting criss crossed facing each other. "When did the doctor say that u can get out of the hospital?" I asked him, hoping that it would be sometime this week. "She zei I could go home pagina tomorrow, if I feel better." I smiled widely, happy that I can have my best friend back. He smiled too, and began asking me a few odd questions.
✨Two-Bit's P.O.V:✨
"So, I uh, heard that u like Steve." I asked her, and looked down at my hands that were in my lap. "Nah. I don't like him. Who told u that?" She asked, sounding a bit angry and surprised. I was pretty happy that she zei that, but tried not to toon it. "Well, u guys kissed and-" She looked at me, and I got lost in her eyes. "I don't like him. I like you." She almost whispered.
✨Mary's P.O.V:✨
I couldn't believe what had just slipped out of my mouth. I looked away, feeling meer embarrassed than I ever have, and hoped that he hadn't heard what I just said.
“Johnny.” u shake him. “Johnny.
He mumbles, half asleep. “What? It’s 2 in the morning.”
“I want some tacos. With bacon. And maybe some chocolate sauce.”
“What the hell.” He laughs. “What does this baby like to eat?”
“Apparently tacos with spek and chocolate sauce.” u say.
“Well, I’ll go make the baby some tacos.” He says, getting out of the bed in his boxers.
“Don’t forget the chocolate sauce!” u yell after him as u rub your belly.
u complain to your best friend as she literally drags u towards the Dingo.
“C’mon (Y/N), it’ll be fun! Two-Bit’s got a friend for you!” Cathy raises her eyebrows.
“Maybe I don’t want a friend,” u mutter, then stop.
Standing volgende to Two-Bit was the hottest guy u had ever seen.
Maybe u did want a friend.
Cathy goes over and hugs Two-Bit, where u just stare at the boy and he stares back at you.
“I’m Dally,” he says, sticking out his hand.
u take it. “(Y/N).” u smile.
“It’s pretty,” he smiles. But then he erases the expression off his face. “I mean, it’s tuff babe.”
“You don’t need to act all tough around me, I know your cool.” u grin.
“You really think so?” He asks.
“Yeah… You’re pretty cute too.” u smile.
“Well, I know that.” He smiles. “But you’re cuter.”
“Maybe we should ditch this movie.”
