Bloodiest, goriest, most gruesome, and most brutal games

I dont usually play many gory video games, so the most violent one iv played is Mortal Kombat. Iv also played some of Silent heuvel 2 if that counts, but I think its meer creepy/disturbing than violent and gory...

Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. I have played both those games and they are extremely gory. Both are rated 18+

I've just finished playing The Walking Dead so I'll go with that.

The scenes which involve chopping off limbs... and how drawn out they are... it's pretty brutal xP It's not the graphics which make it brutal, it's the realistic feel to it that does.

And episode 2 of The Walking Dead is so sick and gruesome... 'nuff zei ._.

Mortal Kombat is known to be all of those, but all the modern Ninja Gaiden games fit that beschrijving very well also. My sisters tend to stay out of the living room when I'm playing Ninja Gaiden Sigma on the PS3. XD
