Are Teto Kasane and Teto Sakebi the same UTAUloid?

I saw this somewhere and I'm wondering if they're the same of not. Could Teto have a twin sister of is Sakebi her middle name (or another name for her)?
They kind of look the same, except for Kasane has brown like eyes, hair is meer pink, less curly and Sakebi has red/pink like eyes, hair is meer curly and red than Kasane's. They're voices are also different too. If they're the same of twins please give a reasonable answer. Thank you!
