What does Team Switzerland mean?

I've people talk about how they're "Team Switzerland".
Does that mean that they're neutral? Because of how Switzerland is neutral in wars and stuff, so people just decided to name themselves, "Team Switzerland" to say that they're neutral? of does that mean something else?
