I was watching a scene in which Elena was holding Damon's face (like in 3.09) and they were talking, I couldn't listen but it seemed like they were finally getting together, it was all really sweet & they kissed twice. Okay Paleyfest. Besides Nian being super adorable here's what's zei about DE (Btw, no ship vragen were asked, so we got like nothing)

- There is a huge bonding moment for Damon and Elena (And Damon and Stefan) in episode 3x20

- There is a DE scene in 3x16 pretty early on (we get at least 2)

- Candice ships DE like mad. One of her favoriete moments in S3 was 'Damon and Elena mackin' it'
