I have some trouble with my fanfiction stories.Help Please

Actually,when I publiceer my stories,some words,letters and sentences is missing.As a result,a lot of my reviewers complain that the story is not properly understood.I need your help.Can u tell me what to do to make all the letters and words appear?I make sure all the words are there when I write
