Alright I was really bored so I decided to write a chapter 3... whoo...okay so like always here goes nothing...

"Chuck? Really?" Serena asked. "Thanks for sounding so surprised S!" Blair snapped. "No,no,no,no i didnt mean it like that! Just its...Chuck." Serena zei in an apologetic tone. "Yeah. Just the thing is, Nate and I are kind of together. Well I dont know he asked me out and-" Serena cut Blair off. "You and Nate are going out?!" Serena zei sounding disappointed. "Well I dont know. Its complicated." Blair said. "Why?" she finished. "NO reason. SO anyways, continue please!" she zei raising and eyebrow.

Chuck couldnt talk to Nate about this. He just couldnt. of could he? He didnt know. Blair knew what he told Sheila. He sighed and lit a joint. He was so confused. He didnt want to like his best vrienden girl. But somehow he did. Chuck bas, bass had a crush.
-Wow. There's a first.
He thought. He picked up his phone and dialed Serena. She was laughing when she picked up the phone. "...yeah I know! Hello?" She singsonged. "Serena?" the minuut he zei her name she stopped laughing. "Hey... Chuck." her voice sounded wobbly. "Can I talk to you?" he asked sheepish. He had done sheepish alot lately. "Well later maybe. Im kind of busy. Me and Blair are picking out outfits for my party. Your still coming right?" he spaced out after she zei Blair's name. "Chuck?" Serena called out. "Oh right. Yeah, yeah I am. Talk to u later?" he said. "Right. Bye Chuck." she zei then hung up. He was stuck. Alone with his thoughts. he sucked on his joint. Long and hard.
-Why does Sheila have to blurt out everything? Does Blair like me back? Would Nate get mad if I liked her? What will she wear for Serena's party? Will Nate be all over her? Ehh this joint is giving me a headache!

Spotted: B and S exiting Blair's penthouse. Giggling like schoolgirls. If only we knew what they giggled about. Chuck maybe? Oh dont act so suprised! The Queen B and the BadBass? It was just bound to happen. But how would a certain Archibald feel about this developing? Oh we will find out!

It was Friday night. The night of the party. Nate had two outfits picked out. He felt like a girl. The blue and gray ensemble of the red and black? Blue and gray is so innocent... so him. But the red and black was so dangerous so not him. meer like Chuck.
-Chuck. He thought.
He couldnt believe Chuck didnt tell him that he liked Blair. Nate wouldnt have asked her out if he knew he did. But maybe the rumor wasnt true? Maybe Gossip Girl was wrong. Wouldnt be the first time. He finally decided on the blue and gray. When he had showered he thought of Blair. Which turned into an awkward situation for the maid, who ended up walking in on him moaning in the shower. He shivered and shook that off as he got dressed.
-This is going to be interesting
he thought buttoning his shirt.

The muziek was blasting, everybody was dancing of drinking, some people were making out on the sofa's. Serena's party was officially a hit. Sheila Duncan's not so much. Serena was so satisfied she couldnt even speak. She just danced. She looked towards the elevator as a bunch of kids tumbled in. Chuck being one of them. She smiled as he walked over. "Time to talk I know." Serena zei grabbing the silenced Chuck's elbow and pulling him onto the deck. The muziek calmed and the cool night air hit Serena's bare skin. She breathed out loudly and looked at Chuck and smiled. "What do u need to tell me?" she asked anxious. "Its about... Blair. Im sure she told you." he zei looking down and leaning on the stone uithangbord of the deck. "Yeah Chuck she did. Is it true? Do u like her?" she asked raising his chin to look at her. "I dont know." he pushed her hand away and turned to face the view. Serena sighed. "Im confused." he added sounding sheepish again.
-What the hell is with him?
Serena thought. "Yeah well so is she. Dont do this to her Chuck. She likes Nate. But I can tell there's chemistry between u two!" Serena said. "Chuck. Whatever u decide to do, make sure its the right thing. Blair gets hurt enough." Serena finished. "Yeah I know. I think she's better off with Nate anyway. Im not boyfriend material." he laughed quietly and Serena giggled. "I'd hurt her. I know I would. But she's so different from all the other girls that are all over me all the time. She's so..." Chuck zei but Serena finished his sentence. "Blair?" Serena completed. "Yeah." he smirked. "She's so Blair." he added looking down. "Come on Chuck. Go be the life of the party. That's what u do best." Serena zei smiling. Blair appeared in the doorway to the deck just as Chuck was about to go be Chuck bas, bass he stopped dead in his tracks. "Hey S! You're party is a HIT! Congrats! Oh hallo Chuck." she said. She was dressed in a short red dress and black and white strapped heels. And of course a headband to match. "Waldorf." he said. "Yeah well Im going to get back to the party. Remember what I told u Chuck!" Serena warned. "Yeah yeah." he smirked again. The door closed and Chuck and Blair were the only ones left on the deck. The silence was numbing. She walked over to where Chuck was standing. He looked at her as she looked at the view. "Beautiful." she zei breaking the silence. "Yeah it is." She didnt know he was talking about her. "Look Blair, Sheila was right, okay. I do, I do like you. But you're Nate's girl. I shouldnt even say such things. Im sorry."
-WHOA! Did I just apologize? Chuck bas, bass does NOT apologize! But it feels so right! I like her. I do.
He thought. "You have nothing to apoligize for." she zei flatly. "I know." he looked at the view again. "Chuck. I like Nate. We're going out, I think. But I can't lie. Especially not to you. I have thought about u alot lately. I think I may have feelings for u too." she zei sounding embarassed and happy at the same time. "Really? Out of all people. u Waldorf?" he asked playfully nudging her. She smiled. "Yeah I guess so." she leaned towards him and he got closer too. He kissed her. She hadnt kissed many guys in her life but Chuck definetly was the best kisser out of all of them. The chemisty between them was unbareable. It was so tempting. As they stood there making out like kids do, Serena opened the door quietly to get a better look. She was so nosy.
He better not hurt her! she thought and walked away.
They stopped kissing and looked at each other. Blair started laughing. She didnt know why she just covered her mouth and cracked up laughing. He looked at her with his eyebrows raised. He started laughing too. So they were both standing there uncontrollably laughing their asses off for God-knows-what-reason when Nate walked in. "What's so funny?" he said. They both looked up and their laughter subsided and their smiles faded. "Hey Nate!" Blair zei so fake the word was basically dripping off her tongue. "Hey Blair." He said. "Hey man." he zei to Chuck. Chuck smirked. "Hey Nate. Im going to get back to the party." he zei walking towards the exit. Blair went over to Nate after Chuck had left the deck. He kissed her. But there was no sparks like there was with Chuck. It was just tongues touching tongues and lips touching lips. There was no laughter after. It was sweet but dull. But with Chuck it was hot and passionate. They stopped kissing and Nate grabbed her hand. "May I have this dance?" he asked sweetly. The muziek playing now was slow. She nodded and he took her hand and led her to the dance floor of living room floor. Afterall they were just in an apartment.
"Ouch!" she exclaimed for the 4th time. He kept stepping on her feet. "Sorry." he zei again. The muziek ended and he went off to get drinks. Someone had requested yet another slow song. She stood there as the couples swept door her dancing and dancing. Someone grabbed her from behind and took her hand to face them. It was Chuck. They didnt say anything they just danced and looked into each others eyes.
Not one time did he step on her feet like Nate. Not one time did his hand sweat so much he had to stop and wipe his hand on his trousers like Nate. Not once did his nails dig into her waist and leave a mark like Nate.
Not once.
He danced so perfectly. She was so astonished, she couldnt speak. As the dance ended, Nate appeared behind him. "Got the drinks. Oh hallo Chuck! I see u kept my girl company while I was gone." he zei toneless, almost as if he rehearsed it. "Yeah I guess I did. I'll leave u two alone now. Blair." he walked off. she was still frozen.

She was sitting in her room in the present. Still remembering the past. When her and Chuck first kissed. When they first danced. When their chemistry was first announced. It was a night for firsts. She nodded off to sleep and this time let her dreams flood over her. She didnt fight them. Blair Waldorf let herself think of Chuck. Think of that night when they were so young. She let it happen, only because it took too much of her to fight it off. She was finally giving in.

Okay, okay I know. The Chuck/Blair scene on the deck at Serena's party was alot like the scene in "Seventeen Candles" but thats my favoriete episode in Season 1 of Gossip Girl. It just felt right.
