I love Bella, but I've had someone close to my die before. That was very painful, and hard to cope with. So I had to choose Harry for this one.

Sirius D:

Harry's loss was definitely more painful - Sirius was the closest thing to family he had left. Not only that but the guilt he must have felt would have been unbearable (If he hadnt gone to the Ministry, maybe Sirius would have lived) Death also seems a lot more final than your boyfriend leaving you. At least Bella was able to know that Edward was alive (before she jumped off the cliff at least)

Bella's loss - her boyfriend left her. Unlike Harry, she had family! She had a nice home to go back to, to live with some one who cares for her and wanted to help her.

I've also had someone close to me actually murdered, and I've broken up with someone before. Seriously, death is worse.

He just lost so much , and he's had a tuff life and now this. It'd be like giving a starving child a chocolate bar, but when he oppens it its just the wrapper. (i don't wan tHarry to go emo)

Bella
She had friends, she has family, she lives well and she never got bashed nearly 24/7. In my opinion she was fine.

He was Harry's FATHER FIGURE.

For the sake of twilight fans lest make this simpaler, whats worse a break up or a death of someone you love. Sirius was really the only member of Harrys family that cared for him lert. Now that hes gone Harry has no loveing family. Bella on the other hand has two liveing parents and friend who could help her through it.

I don't know anyone who I love that has died, & I'm sure it is much more worse than being dumped. (By the way, to whoever asked this pick, please correct your spelling, it's how I used to spell in grade one.)

I feel depressed when I thin about this, because Harry was hoping to live with Sirius, and get his permission slip for Hogsmead signed, and he was basically thinking that his life doesn't suck as much anymore, and then he just died....

If he didn't have to save the world, I bet he would have killed himself.

Because it was the last piece of his family he had left (apart from the Dursleys but they don't count XD) and he can't come back. when Sirius Died in the book and in the movies i want to cry my eyes out, but i have a weird aversion to crying so i just can't but i really felt for Harry! especially when he was having that tantrum in Dumbledore's office.

I know what it feels like to have someone close to you die-it was/is a terrible experience. I felt so depressed and strange for a while after my grandfather died; I'm surprised that Harry was so brave enough to get back into the world after Sirius died-not immediately, but faster than I expected.

I only had one boyfriend ever, and it didn't last long. Sure, Edward means a lot to Bella, but just because some guy leaves you, doesn't mean she should go "emo" over it. (if Edward died, though, then that's a different story, but he didn't, so...)

A person has the right to be sad at both occurrences, if that's what you mean by "turrn emo".

Neither of them are excuses, they are reasons.

Harry had already lost his parents, and Sirius was the next best thing. Bella had been going out with Edward for, like, 6 months?

Unless you're desperate for blood, I don't think there's any good excuse to cut your body open.
