Like HugeEgoSorry said, that's from Joy To The World. It's the Christmas episode where House pretends someone sends him a gift but he really sent it to himself to play a prank on his team.
Taub finds out and that scene is when Taub plays the joke on House, saying "Dammit! Love like this needs to fly free" and Kutner and Thirteen are trying and failing not to laugh :P
