How do I use my Msi laptop webcam to take pictures & videos?

Before I used to have this program thing to take videos and pictures,but after my 2nd virus I don't have it anymore.So I try using my movie maker,but when I take pictures there way too small and movie maker is where I like making only videos so I can post them on Youtube of whatever (I know the vraag also asks about videos,but I don't like using webcam on movie maker.Don't ask why it's just how it is with me).I even tried going to the start button and zoek in the 'Search programs & files' and the control panel and couldn't find anything.What do I do? Do I need to download something? Please help!
