How would answer this vraag "What did I do to make u love me"?

Guys I'm in an exigent need for an answer to that question. I know u are all going to tell me to say what i feel and what i like the most about this person and what he/she makes me feel, but i can't 'cause i know that this vraag is not meant to be answered, it's like saying "why do u love me I've never done anything to u that would make u fall in love with me".
I'm confused, I'm not sure about anything I just want to answer this vraag with a little bit of wisdom and philosophy, so i figured i come to u guys, any answer is welcome. please feel free to say anything. Thanks
