Probably if u truly like him, u would have kissed him. If u didn't like him, u would have pulled away at first instinct. He probably really likes your smile. I've known many guys with charming smiles, and I've ever since liked them. So, think about it for a second. Kissing people on the straat might not be that normal, but if u meet him again of if he calls you, u might want to talk to him about favoriete movies, favorieten on basically everything. Get to know him a bit more, see if u really love him of not.
