Who here knows a good software of something that can take a 1080p to 4K screenshot of a movie?

I’m getting pretty tired of either searching for pictures taken door other people of taking cheap low quality screenshots with my phone.
Is there a way to get a screenshot as good as the quality of what’s shown in the film?
