I just watched the Pilot and i loved it. I wanted to ask about the boeken though. Are worth reading? And the toon is based on them 100%?

I haven't read all the books, but the ones I've read are good. No, the toon didn't 100% use every detail from the books. But lets face it, no tv toon of movie ever does. Read the boeken and you'll notice that there are a lot of things that are different. The boeken are generally better but most PLL fans like the toon better.

The boeken are great to read. I have read all of them and they are amazing. The boeken are a lot different from the show. I like the toon better but if u love the toon u need to read the books!

The boeken and toon are both great, but they are SUPER different. I look at the toon as a whole different thing. I personally thought the toon was a lot better, but that's just my opinion. There's like 14 boeken in the series so far and I have no idea if meer are coming out, but I stopped reading them because I've been reading other stuff and there's just so many. There's so many characters in the toon that aren't in the boeken that I can't even lijst them all and it just has a whole different plot. However, I recommend both, but I recommend the toon more.
