They announced the official rating a few weeks geleden and it is indeed a PG-13 rating. No worries.

Breaking Dawn is going to be rated PG-13 beacuse the directors decided that if it was rated R most of there fan base wouldn't be able to see it.Since there is alot of blood on the birth scene they decied to make it into how bella is going through the pregnacy through her eyes.
