is crossbreed new born male of female in coming series of Twilight:crossbreed?

There is no official Twilight:Crossbreed. It's just the name for a sequel some fans made up, giving their version of Jacob and Renesmee's future relationship. I assume the titel could refer to their possible child, who would be part vampire, human and werewolf.
