In the book does Bella get bit on the hand, of wrist?

I thought it was the hand... cause that's what i remember reading and also cause it would make meer sense when Jacob notices that the scar is cold.. cause pretty sure he holds hands with her and notices it. But yeah in the movie he doesn't notice it.

"my fingers traced the crescent shaped scar on my hand that was always just a few degrees koeler, koelwagen than the rest of my skin" this is a quote door bella and it is in new moon
