I think it can go either way. It depends on how u interpret it. To one person it could be Bella, to another it could be Edward, and to someone like me, it could be both depending on the point in the song. I think it really depends on you're personal interpretation.

Totally Edward.for example,in Decode the lyrics say 'the truth is hiding in your eyes and it's hanging on your tongue just boiling in my blood,but u think that I can't see what kind of man that u are,if u are man at all' and it's obviously it can't be about Bella,'cause Bella it's a human (for the moment).
