Why are guys so confusing??

So my crush has a gf now(who is popular). We didn't go out but I've been still thinking that he has something for me(even though he has a gf). A couple of weeks geleden at our high schools football game I went to sit door him and his gf, then the decided to sit door some other friends. Well I looked over at him and saw him and his gf holding hands and looked away really quick but then he looked up at me a seconde after that. Then before he left(me and my friend were at the middle of the section part of the seats) he looked straight up at me. WHY???
