Well it depends on how u feel about the person and whether u think he/she will care about your feelings of whether u think he/she still has feelings for you. But in the situation u have described, u probably should but I'm not sure what to say since u stated 'THEN AGAIN THEY COULD CARELESS THAT u LEFT' in your question...normally I'd say go ahead and tell them because most times when people cheat they don't realize how much they hurt the other person...so go for it....unless your hart-, hart tells u otherwise.
