For me, u should keep on talking to him, try to spend time with him as "freinds", and if he likes you, u will see it while u guys are talking of spending time together, if her girlfreind doesn't like him, she won't realy matter if u guys hang out, and let time do the rest, don't try to rush things

talk to him. dont be like too clingy, but just like start conversations. u can flirt a little, but dont make it too obvious. eventually, since his current relationship is probobly not going to last, they'll end up breaking up. then he'll start noticing you, and whaalllaahh, u should end up together

Don't act desperate, don't be too shy and the most important part, be yourself! Maybe u could even really tell him personally how u feel. Say that u want to be meer than friends! And if it doesn't work out, go back to being friends! Who says u can't!

Sometimes it takes a little while before friendship becomes a relationship but until that happens, u just got to be patient! He'll realize that u were always there and that u were such a joy to be around and fall for you. But just keep on hangin'. Be you, and he'll come running!
