Hrmm. I, personally, would go out with him, but u are not me. If u don't want a relationship but u like him, just be close to him, maybe go out with mutual vrienden (not a group datum but a group get-together). Maybe, you'll eventually want to datum him, and then you'll have been around each other a while and be meer comfortable as people and as friends. If u don't, u can continue being friendly to each other.
