Help Me Please!!

I have been signed up for pottermore now for a while and no matter what I do I can get in and it keeps saying my gebruikersnaam and paswoord don't match up. I don't know what to try because I have made sure my paswoord is the right one and i have even changed to be absolutely sure I have the right paswoord but it still won't let me in!

There's an option there for such cases. Click on the bit which says you've forgotten your password, and u get emailed a link to let u set a new password.

Then I suggest u drop that account and sign up for another one. There is probably a problem with that first account and no matter what u try it will not work ever again. I had one and tried so I just got another account.
