Is it me, of has this spot been particularly....slow lately?

Slow as in...i don't know...I can't really describe it. I remember when there used to be a lot of different things going on, a lot of discussions about couples and characters and what we thought would happen. Contest and art trades and a bunch of stuff. Now things seem a lot slower...

I remember i left this site at least twice due to immature people getting on my nerves, and now that i'm back, i've come to notice that a lot of people i remember seeing aren't on here as much of anymore. And things just seem to be dragging on.

I dunno...i feel we should have something really big. A big discussion, a big contest....a big gift exchange (thats meer for Christmas time, i know o3o") but i dunno. Maybe i'm just ranting. I'd like to hear imput from people who have been here for a while and noticed too...No offense to newer people, but...well u guys haven't been here as long as some of us, of course. xD"
Meh, either way.
I'd just like some responses to this.
And i understand people 'have lives' offline. I do too, trust me, but i'm just wondering what we can do to make this spot lively again.
Maybe to some of u it IS lively, and maybe i'm overreacting. *shrug*
I know TDRI is comming out soon, and i guess that's why it's kinda slow....?
